How it works

How to win clients with Zivlo

Five simple steps. Follow them in order. Take your time.

The steps

  1. Step 1: Find leads

    • Type the kind of business you want to reach.
    • Then type a UK town.
    • Press search. Your list of leads appears.

    Example: plumbers in Leeds.

  2. Step 2: Check their website

    • Click Check website on a lead.
    • You get a score and a short list of problems.
    • Each problem shows what we found, so you can point to it.

A higher score means more things you could help with. It is not a promise of anything.

  3. Step 3: Save the best

    • Tap Save on the leads you like.
    • They go on your Saved leads board.
    • You can add notes and move them along as you talk.
  4. Step 4: Send the pitch

    • Press Copy pitch to copy the pitch written for that lead.
    • Read it. Change anything you like.
    • Send it from your own email.
    • A polite opt-out line is included, so people can easily say no.
  5. Step 5: Follow up

    • Call or email again 2 to 3 days later.
    • Many people just need a gentle nudge.
    • Move the card on your board as things change: Contacted, Replied, Meeting, Won.
